Since the restart in 2013, Red Mecca have accelerated. With the new member and singer Susanne Jonsson, the project brought in new influences and a new kind of darkness. With their new album Truth they expand their musical universe even more.After this summer’s disco 12’’ where they interpreted two seventies disco classics, the new album shows yet another way forward. The drums are thundering, Susanne is singing beautifully, hissing and whining – stretching her vocal cords to the limit and Jan is directing a powerful electronic ship on a surrealistic sound ocean.
