A Sudden Point of Balance, Vol. II took place at Nacka Kyrka on March 8, 2024, featuring a blissful performance by XTC in the XIV and an austere psychoacoustic endeavor by Simon Hansson & Leo Bodén.
Nacka Kyrka, built in 1891 in the neo-Gothic style, was complemented in 1983 by a parish house adjoining the church, designed by Carl Nyrén, who also contributed to the first edition of A Sudden Point of Balance with his design of Västerortkyrkan.
The recordings on this release were made in conjunction with the concert, capturing the acoustics of the sanctuary.
