PRICES
All prices are in Euro, €. All prices include Swedish taxes. For buyers outside EU, prices are showed without tax. The prices on this website are the ones valid, unless an agreement is made between the buyer and Lamour Record Store. All prices are valid until they are changed by Lamour Record Store.
LEGAL
All orders must be placed by a person of legal age or with parental or guardian authorization. Orders placed in another person’s name, without that person’s consent, where Lamour Record Store suffers economic damage will be reported to the police. Lamour Record Store disclaim for typographical errors, errors in information and errors in the specification, all of our products and services. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed reproduce exactly the appearance and characteristics.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Please check your parcel directly after receiving it. Any damage to the parcel must immediately be reported to the freight company.
RECLAIMS
If you have received wrong goods, please inform us at slim@lamour.se within 3 days of delivery. Such goods will be exchanged for new/right ones.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Swedish provisions on withdrawal of Distance and Doorstep Sales Act applies to the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the agreement at least 14 days. The customer has a right to examine the goods after delivery in order to ensure that it is consistent with how it has been marketed and what has been agreed otherwise. Returns costs are paid by the customer.
